At Edtech we always endeavor to ensure that the prices on our website are current and correct. In the event that a price on our website price is incorrect the following policy will apply:

• If the correct price is lower we will apply the lower price to the sale.
• If the correct price is higher we will at our discretion either charge the lower price or inform you of the correct price and let you decide whether you wish to proceed with your purchase.

We aim to dispatch items in stock within 24 hours. Items not in stock can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. Any delays will be notified by e-mail. In the case of credit card sales your credit card will not be debited until goods are ready to ship.

Any goods sold on account are subject to the agreed terms of account.

School sales are on a sale or exchange basis. Software will be exchanged provided that it is returned in as new saleable condition within 14 days of the invoice date. This facility is provided for school sales only and does not apply to home users. Software that loads completely on to the computer's hard drive is not covered.
